Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

Be an indigene of the Niger Delta region
-
Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
-
Hold a First Degree with at least a Second Class Lower division
-
Not be affiliated with any cult group or have any criminal record
-
Have secured admission into a postgraduate program in one of the listed fields at a recognized foreign institution
