The African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) is now accepting applications for the 2025 AIMS Scholarship from qualified and interested candidates across Africa.
This prestigious scholarship fully covers tuition fees and provides bursaries to assist with accommodation and living expenses for selected students.
AIMS is dedicated to equipping students with a solid foundation of problem-solving skills, including estimation, computation, approximation, modeling, data analysis, and statistics.
During the elective phase, students apply these core skills to some of the most dynamic and innovative scientific disciplines.
No Registration Fees – Full Financial Support Provided
Selected candidates for the Master’s program are not required to pay any registration fees. In addition to tuition, the scholarship also covers accommodation, meals, travel, and living stipends.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the AIMS Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Hold or expect to obtain by the start of the program a four-year university degree in mathematics or a science/engineering field with substantial mathematical content.

Demonstrate strong academic performance in mathematics, leadership qualities, and community involvement.
